How far can most birds travel during the winter in one day?
and one week?
have heard they travel to very distant areas to the south South Africa, South America…how long does it take them normally to get there ?
and why do they travel so far south?
are they not able to tolerate the temperatures near the equator?
and do they travel to the same exact degree of latitude to the south as north?
do they alll travel to the same areas? same times usually?
why and how so?
thanks for your answers!

some goes Only to the southern us some to mexico but the longest flyer’s are the humming birds ,they go from canada to south america 90 % of them fly non stop over the gulf of mexico. its Instinct when they migrate South or come north they don’t know even now how or why.
